1.The incoming enterprises are provided with a preferential rental policy: the normal rental is RMB40 per square meter per month but for the first year after it has set up its office, the rental is exempt; for the second and third year, only half of the rental is charged. 6.The incubated enterprises are assisted to apply for technology project outlay from government departments at all levels.
7.The incubated enterprises are assisted with promoting activities of projects, technologies and achievements.
8.Qualified and professional talents will be introduced to the incubated enterprises accordingly.
