1.Preliminary examination.
2.Fill in the application form and submit the relevant application materials to the Service Center of High-Tech Industrial Park.
3.The Service Center collects the materials, submits them to the committee of experts for review and after that reports the results to the Administrative Office of High-tech Industrial Park. Then, the Administrative Office follows the entering procedures.
4.The Administrative Office of High-tech Industrial Park exams the relevant application materials; delivers a reply of whether it agrees with, disagrees with or suspends the entering application in 5 working days. If it approves the entry, an entering-approved document should be issued to the enterprise.
5.The Service Center of the Park informs the enterprises to comply with the entering procedures and then sign the Entering Incubator Agreement.
