The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China was formed by 51 founding Members from variety of European Union companies based in China, with the support of the Delegation of the European Commission, in Beijing on 19th October 2000.
  The Chamber is a non-profit membership fee-based organization with Chapter in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Shenyang. Further expansion is envisaged in the future.
  The European Chamber serves member companies by being the voice of European business in China: Providing a channel of communication with high-level Chinese and European political and economic circles.
