The British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong was established in 1997 in response to the rapidly growing business links between the UK and Guangdong province.
It is one of the largest overseas chambers of commerce in Guangdong with over 150 corporate and individual members.
Our main office is located on the 17th Floor of the Guangdong International Hotel in Guangzhou.

Our Shenzhen Sub-Chamber was established informally in 2002 and has grown to 25 corporate members.
We are very proud to now open the Shenzhen Sub-Chamber office in 2005.

Our Mission

To provide a focal point for the promotion of trade between Britain and China especially in Guangdong and a forum where British businesses can discuss problems, issues and opportunities related to the operation of businesses in Guangdong.

How It Works

The Chamber organizes a wide range of regular events for its members, including informative seminars by respected guest speakers and social networking events.
In short, the Chamber provides a forum where members of the international business community can get together on a regular basis to share experiences, gain useful insights and develop new contacts.

The BCCGD is entirely self-financed through its Membership fees and Sponsorship.
