Application Procedures
1 The Service Center of Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park accepts and checks the application materials for the first review.
2 The administrative department of the Park is responsible for examining the application materials.
3 The administrative department of the Park will deliver a reply of whether it agrees with, disagrees with or suspends the entering application in 10 working days after accepting the application.
4 After receiving the agreeing reply, the applicant should sign a Lease Contract with the Service Center, and follow any other necessary procedures (if applicable) related to the entry.
Conditions of Secession
1 Those have violated PRC laws & regulations and damaged national security and social public interest.
2 Those are stopped activities, canceled registration and outlawed by relevant executive department of China government with some compulsive measures.
3 Those become due but do not renew contract or fail to pass the annual audit.
4 Those violate Entering Incubator agreement or are assessed as unqualified.
